Sticking with a New Years Resolution can be sticky. As humans we want to become better, eat heathier, live longer, be stronger or more fit. It is important to remember that everyone’s resolution is different but how can we stick to them?

  • Make it measurable- know that you can track your goals by giving yourself a time frame to complete part of your resolution.
  • Make it realistic- It is hard to continue a resolution if you are not honest with yourself about the true challenge of it. For example, you want to become fluent of a new language in a year? Or could you change that to “practicing Spanish” all year to learn Spanish.
  • Hold yourself accountable- find a good support system to help you stay on track and keep going and making a difference.

Set your self up for success not failure.
